"Flooding after a bad storm that fills up 3-5 inches (in first floor apartments AND THEIR BUILDING LOBBY) and their solution is to fix the carpets and not give anyone any timing on it, not take any type of maintenance that will help move those who live alone ALL THEIR FURNITURE - told them move it all because if we move it “we don’t care if we break it it not our fault”, and now the whole building smells of mildew, and not a damn thing off the rent. Also, still having everyone pay for their drying machine while they throw no bones for anyone who was affected. This isn’t even bad management this is just bad people. If you love your family, don’t come here. :)"

"It was nice when i first moved there in 2020, a few months after that i complained about my patio being flooded EVERY single time it rained. Almost 3 years later it still hasn’t been fixed so don’t move in apartment 139 or probably any other apartment on the lower level, also the apartments need to be updated. Fast forward to now there’s really bad MOLD in the bathroom that’s spreading to the closet and it has spread on a few clothes that’s how bad it was. I stopped paying rent in February because of the poor maintenance, finally moved out this month"
