"I took a client on a tour of Orleans Landing. Walking in the front door we were greeted by Melissa. Melissa was extremely welcoming with a bright and beautiful smile. She was extremely knowledgeable and was prepared to answer all of our tough questions without hesitation. My client was pleased with the amenities and the community as a whole. After our tour Melissa escorted us back to the leasing office and offered us snacks and beverages. I don't know what plans management have for Melissa but whatever it is please know from our experience with her she is definitely a keeper. I hope they recognize what they have in her before another company steps in and lures her away."

"Every time I need something fixed, Courtney or Shawn come and fix it the very same day I ask!! And they always do it perfectly. Property is clean and well kept. Very quiet. And PERFECT location. Right by the Riverwalk and close to downtown. In walking distance to everything"

"Certainly enjoying living on this property. Having access to the Riverfront, the Dequindre Cut, and a path that connects Michigan Central Station to Belle Isle is incredible for this here runner. Rivertown Market on the other side of the street is clutch too. Alongside having a bus stop less than a block away. Disciaimer: can be a bit loud in the spring/summer but even that has gotten better through the years as management has worked with law enforcement to mitigate the issue. Brittney and others have been great in being honest about what they do to resolve issues to the best of their abilities. The staff certainly do their best with the resources they have! Hats off to them. Can be frustrating at times but I find it hard believe that incompetence is the issue. All around helpful and friendly staff that try their best to make living here a pleasant experience."
