"I don't understand why people give bad reviews on maintenance, I called the office today with a water leak in the kitchen they were here within an hour and had it fixed within 15 minutes I think that's pretty darn good and thank you so much to management and maintenance"

"I lived here for about 2 and a half years. I’m so happy to be leaving. yes the rent is cheap but when I first moved in I found mice droppings never seen anything else until later in the year around sept 2021, I caught about 10 mice in my 1 bedroom apartment i let maintence/ manager know and all they did is was put down mouse traps. For months I stayed with a friend because i was terrified.. they were calling on my fireplace etc. when it got warmer out i didnt catch anything else. the next year same thing they were crawling on my stove leaving droppings everywhere. I let them know multiple times and again all they tried to do was put traps down. I threatened to take them to court if they didn't bring an exterminator . they finally listened. when the exterminator came he found several holes inside and outside of the apartment under the stove, sink and fridge there was PILES of droppings. In the process of trying to figure out where the mice were coming from I pulled out the stove, when I did it sparked, I pushed it back in and it wouldn’t work after that. I let them know and when the exterminator came maintenance pulled it out and it sparked and all the power in my apartment shut off. They emailed me and told me I would have to pay for a stove and next time to not pull the appliances out of where they were placed to call them. didn’t know they could tell me and if they would’ve did their job from the beginning I wouldn’t have had to. They don’t work with you especially while the living conditions aren’t up to par. Do not recommend. especially to anybody who is Young. they will take advantage."

I don't understand all of the negative Reviews, But to each their own. I've already Recommended the willows to other people. Thank you management and thank you Maintenance"

"I lived in these terrible apartments for 2 years. At first it was great but then they hired a rhino who is an actual Karen an ironically that is her name. Maintenance staff has NO IDEA what they are doing. One maintenance man wanted to replace the hose on the dishwasher with a garden hose. The apartments are so outdated but they will tell you if your apartment has a dishwasher which they must have purchased from the 80’s then your apartment is considered “updated”. Black people don’t waste your time. Racist work and live here. These folks lied to get me and my family kicked out of these apartments and it took me a WHOLE YEAR due to the pandemic to clear my name and prove that they are for a fact liars."
