"We didn’t end up renting here due to a change in personal circumstances (nothing to do with the apartment complex at all) but they were very professional and the process of renting and getting approved was super smooth. "I wanted to just tell you how wonderful of an experience i had living at Chesterfield Corners. Everyone in the office is amazing and i really enjoyed my time as a resident i always recommend Chesterfield Corners to people cause it really is one of the best properties hands down. Everything is new and the units are just beautiful. Also LOCATION!!! You are within close distance to everything quick access to I-94 and Cj Barrymore, Dave N Busters and Partridge Creek Mall plus tons of restaurants and shopping. I seen some reviews in regards to the communication experience i just wanna remind y’all this is a new construction so yea they may of had some hiccups with communicating while they were first getting started, but believe me that is not the case at all now. Thank you Kyle and the entire office staff, from my move in to my move out you guys have been so helpful and amazing!"

"Poor communication lost business. I called the office during their office hours for a tour of their units and it goes straight to voicemail saying they are unavailable. I was walking distance so I thought I'd go into the leasing office to ask directly. Despite the "FOR LEASE" sign pulled across their building, it is occupied till January. Staff just told me to look for details on their website but everything that I need to know about their buildings says "call for details". How can I if you don't answer your phone? They also had no physical brochure to give me. Units may be nice but the communication level was concerning for me."

"Staff is friendly but very careless. Lisa informed me and my mom someone would call when they begin leasing the apartments but she failed to do so. My mom had notice this new development from the beginning stages. We stopped in Nov to Dec 2021 to see the apartments which were beautifully designed. Lisa informed us that she would take down my mom's contact information phone number, email, etc. and someone would get back with us due to no leasing of the apartments yet. She did inform us everything was done online, but later when I visited the online website(created a profile) it said to contact the office once I select an apt number. I had informed Lisa about this between our multiple visits in January which she said someone would call us. We stopped in four more times between Feb, Mar and April just to see how things were going, she reassured us that she still had my mom's contact information after I asked her. On our last visit the beginning of May(5/6) she informed us all of the apartments have been rented out, I reminded her she was supposed to contact my mother which never occurred. She stated she had lost the piece of paper that had my mom's contact information. I was very disappointed, especially between visiting this location on multiple occasions and I express that to her. She responded "Kyle never contacted you?" Which we had no idea who Kyle was(I believe she said the builder or manager.) This showed poor management and resulted in the loss of business."
