"EVERYONE HERE HATES THE LIGTHS ON THE BUILDINGS! Trying to sleep with these blasting through your window is impossible. This will genuinely be the reason we move."
"Never answers the phone or emails. Will try to steal money from you. Has a single guy doing the job of a whole maintenence team. Laundry unit is try your luck because half of those washers don't work. You don't know which ones until you go to switch it over and your clothes are sitting in a machine full of dirty water. So you have to wring out your clothes and shell out another $2.00 for another wash cycle and hope that machine works. Incompetent management, super shady and very unprofessional."
"They literally never answer the phones, call back from voicemails, leave random letters saying you owe money even when you pay on time. Me and several other tenants have had issues of them incorrectly issuing letters saying we owe money. Super unprofessional, you definitely pay for quality, no wonder this place is so cheap"
"I just move in here an it's mold all over this apartment I been here 3 weeks 2 weeks later mold every where"
"Don’t let the name change fool you or pictures they post. This place will always be terrible. From walls falling down, mold growing, leaky roofs, don’t do it. These buildings should be condemned and torn down. DO NOT RENT here stay away."
