"This complex severely lacks security and only has enough to look like they have it. When I 1st came to visit I was told the garages had security cameras but after talking to 10+ residents who have been here for 5-10 years that are used to having things stole out of cars in the “secured” garage, I asked the complex and they admitted they don’t work. My windshield was bashed in because 2 out of the 2 doors on our garage are knowingly left broken and unlocked and we had been having trespassing, that they were aware of and admitted they were aware of and let the trespasser through. Fearing for my safety, I asked they fix my apartment alarm which they took a week to fix. The people in the office did not care and Princeton management is racist and did not do anything about the garage doors which still aren’t fixed 5+ months later because they do not care about the majority black properties. I received no compensation or reassurance of my safety only condescending attitudes"

"This is overall one of the worst complex’s I have lived in. The hallways has an awful smell. Not to mention the inside of the building being dirty. Buildings garage looks like it’s falling apart. The security is very rude. The white male at the gate makes inappropriate drug jokes directed to black men. The maintenance is unprofessional. The leasing office is never open even on work day and business hours and is instead locked and workers claim to be on important zoom calls. Multiple phone calls you make will never be answered. I would give it 0 stars if I could."

"I called twice with no returned call! The first call was on November 8, Election Day. I stopped by when working the polls around the corner. One of the female security officers was very nice and professional. She gave me a number to call because I needed an appointment to get in. I called immediately and left a message. I called again a few weeks ago, still nothing. It would make me nervous to move in here if they’re this unresponsive already. Perhaps they’re full but indicated that on the voicemail and no one would leave a message."

"1. They do not answer the phone. 2. Elevators are down monthly. There are several people (elderly/handicapped) on walkers and oxygen who depend on the elevator to come and go from home, but the elevator is down constantly for a week or better leaving the infirm stranded in their homes. Management does not care and does not make repairs expeditiously. It is extremely hard to get anything repaired here. Did I mention they do not answer the phone??? 3. Maintenance is a joke. 4. Management is poor. 5. The new security team is poor. 6. Work orders are not fulfilled. 7. Balconies are filthy. 8. Garage door may/may not open. 9. Emails are ignored just like phone calls. 10. Management tells you lies just to get you out of their face. Absolutely horrible service."

"First it is a gated community and the Security is top notch, they will not allow you to just walk on to this property without being invited or unless you have an appointment. Second, the apartments are very spacious, there are two balconies one out from the living room and another out from the bedroom. and the property and grounds are very well kept and clean. Third, the staff is very professional"
