"Very unprofessional!!! JUST FOUND OUT MY MOTHER HAVENT BEEN GETTING RENT receipts so I called and tried to talk to this lady name Miss Pearson and she’s very disrespectful rude very unprofessional laughing when I’m trying to explain to her at the end of the day that’s my mother they say if you don’t ask for receipts they won’t give you one my mother is 68 years old and nobody bout to take advantage of my mother I’m so upset because I’ve had this problem with them before she laughing and next thing I know this gentleman get on the phone and he claims he the manager to so I’m going to figure out who’s over her head!!!!!"

"The lady in the office which is the manager now YOLANDA PAYNE is very rude and nasty, always have a attitude towards you if you ask a question . she need to get up out of there . The maintenance man constantly drive around , pick up trash but don’t want to fix nothing inside your apartment if u report a problem. They are very slow non helping people . It seem like they just there getting the benefits. Whoever the owner of fairview manor needs to get them out of there asap !!"

"I live here and I would not recommend this apartment to me it seem like they really be trying to line their pockets you will find your self paying for other people trash that they should be paying for but instead you’re getting notices about it they are not clean at all times but your house is what you make it and I would not qualify it as a safe environment because there be shootouts in here"

"They have a nasty attitude towards me and my mother when we asked them a simple question. The person we spoke to was Ms. Jay or whatever. She trying to say that me and my mother was giving her attitude which we wasn't. She have a very nasty attitude and that she was very rude towards me and my mom because she thought me and my mom was being rude to her. So i won't recommend nobody to move in at this place. Avoid the attitude with this lady. She's rude,disrespectful,will talk to you in any kind of way that she pleases. So once again,i recommend nobody to move in this place."
