"how are you gonna charge someone who just moved in for bed bugs when your apartment complex is the one infested... obviously your pest control company is trash and cant get out of them your making one of your tenants sit outside in the cold for 4 hours so they can treat the apt.. how does that make sense your pushing people out of there apt. that have bed bugs so your just spreading them more and more."

"This place is truly a disgraceful complex. Poor mgmt. I love how Lanasia acts as if she knows nothing and they almost NEVER answer the phones or reply to emails either. Maintenance is horrible (not the people specifically) but how they run things. Certain things take longer than they should to be fixed or handled. TRUST ME! I lived here for almost 6yrs til’ I got put out over rental fees and they go through so many people as far as employees. They’re highly unorganized. You can’t do really anything. Can’t have a pool, can’t have bikes on your patio, not enough storage space etc, GHETTO as ever lol I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person. They treat you like you’re literally poor lol here but good luck to anyone who’s new to renting here. This place was a stepping stone for me. I’m glad I’m gone and almost in my new beautiful home."

"Its invested with bed bugs! They just cant get a handle on it! Will be so happy to move as soon as I can. When I fst moved in if something needed fix maintenance was her asap. But now Ive been waiting over 3 months to fix window screen to be put back in and closet door fixed!! Their friendly in office but cant get handle on bedbugs! Ive have rented dumps before, but I have never had bedbugs in my life!!"

"Poorly maintained and managed. It’s sad. They employ anyone with a pulse no common sense or empathy for the people who have to put up with this mess. I don’t recommend anyone who isn’t homeless or Desperate to live here. It’s ridiculous how they are so frustrated with their jobs and take it out on people who live here. Need a whole new professional staff. One that knows how to talk to tenants without insulting them."
