The new management company has done more than the last two management companies that was here. They are working on repairing and updating the apartments and it is two maintenance guys on staff five days out of the week."

It does not make any since that she’s that darn unprofessional and mean to people. She’s gotta be related or very close to upper management if she has continuously had complaint after complaint. So I would record and take the video to some folks above her and whoever the management company is of this facility."
