State Fair

"I just got my letter last week but post stamped for the 12th of this month. deadline on letter was dec.23 trying to call all the numbers listed on the letter and it seems everybody is BUSY."

"If I don’t get someone to contact me about these state fair apartments asap im going to fox2 with this issue it’s not safe for disability people at all an this issue needs to be fixed now or I’ll be going farther with this by Monday"

"I can say this about the State Fair Apartments it's very secure, you won't just get in there without showing your ID and getting your temperature checked to protect their tenet's and that's a good thing"

"Needs improvement big time, they play they music loud, it wasn't cleaned at all the bathrooms were out of order. Parking is fine though, they have an exterminator problem"

"Besides the people that lives there inside of the apartments look great. They offered subsidized housing for low income people which was great for my son who is in school and wanted to live on his own. It is close to shopping areas and busing. There is security that is there 24 hours however some of the residents it seems to be a little mental or disable. For an individual that has low income in trying to start to live on their own I feel this will be a great place to start until you can move to something better."
