Formerly the Packard Automobile Showroom and designed by iconic Detroit architect, Albert Kahn, this building just started self leasing and managing, and the positive changes are very apparent. This is a very clean and quiet building. There is a private tenant park with BBQ grills, a private dog park, gated parking and very reasonably priced. The units are all different with a modern loft feel. The new management is extremely professional and responsive. I can’t say enough about 40 Hague. I did a lot of homework in my apartment search and so happy I decided to pick this place and now there is a brand new grocery store being built on the same side one block South!!"
