"You can never get the correct answer, talk to many different people about the same subject, get approved and denied in the same month..... basically need to know how to use this system to get help or you won't. Lie about income you get approved, lie about who lives with you or if you even need help you get approved...if you really need the help...don't bother unless you can lie your way through it."
"The person tried to be helpful unfortunately they couldn't explain what happened either."
"Stopped in for some information and possibly paperwork. Not realy any help at all.so I called lansing to settle the problem"
"The receptionist was very polite, And very helpful was able to help me get my case to Montcalm county. I only had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby and I was able to speak to a worker over the phone. Who was very rude and don't care about the people that really do. She acts like this was coming out of her. I worked enough years to be able to ask for some help. My boyfriend was able to go in and speak with the lady directly and she was so polite and nice and helpful they didn't give him. But I honestly had to say I would give the receptionist a 10/10. For being very polite and very helpful and also making sure that we were taking care of and gained us the help that we needed any time for Manor."
