"No changing rooms at this location. It makes no sense. 2/3 of their inventory is clothing, with no way to tell if it fits. Take out a shelf of homegoods and put in some changing rooms. Buying something and then returning for store credit only within 7 days is not a good solution."

"I shop at this Goodwill 3 days a week. Goodwill has a great selection! Terri at the register is super nice and friendly as are most of the employees. The rudest person is the so called female “manager” she is rude to shoppers and the other employees. I'm not sure of her name but she has long black hair and is so RUDE! I have heard her talk to customers and she was just obnoxious even to elderly customers! The last two weeks NO working restrooms!"

"The prices in here are seriously insane. They pull out all the decent stuff to sell online and the shoes in store that they price individually are all overly worn out yet they price work boots at $24.99!? Coach purse in the front cabinet is $175 which is higher than retail sales. Whoever is managing this store or sets the pricing regionally needs to look at the Toledo stores and their set prices. And no changing rooms!? You move to a bigger site yet offer nowhere to try on? Well done geniuses."
