"I was relocating to Detroit which is stressful in itself. I needed a corporate lease and a furnished apartment upon my arrival. Sydney was extremely helpful upon my first visit, then Rachel assisted by sending me videos of units while I was out of town. They furnished the unit and when I arrived it was stocked with everything I needed and looked better than the video. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've only been here a week and I'm considering extending my lease for the 13 month discount. Gym, Dry cleaning service, game room, and more. This is the nicest apartment building I've ever lived in. 5 stars across the board!"

"The Kahn is a beautiful property with great amenities and an amazing staff that response swiftly to all needs. The moving experience was seamless, and so far the overall experience has been amazing. The security in the building has been good and you don’t see strange people walking around. It is also a very quiet community which I LOVE. When issues do arise management and maintenance are quick to resolve them and are always very kind when doing so. There are also a multitude of community areas in the building that can be utilized whenever and the gym is great. There are city sounds that deep into the apartments sometimes, but nothing out of the ordinary. The apartments are luxury and a great space to call your next home."

"I moved here 2 months ago and it has been amazing living here. The staff is very professional and friendly. They are quick to offer assistance when there is an issue. There is no other place that I would want to live in the city of Detroit."

"My friend lived here and had the most terrible experience. The management is rude. She had her clothes stolen, they have no parking unless you pay an EXTRA monthly fee. Inconvenient to visit. The alarms apparently went off in the middle of the night, and she'd call me because she would be scared that they were real when they were false alarms. The management was rude when she tried to peacefully get out of her lease and they took 2 months to deny her and when they did the email was really petty and rude. Don't think about living here."

"Unsafe. Some of my personal belongings were stolen and the leasing office failed to help. They don’t seem to care at all if people steal others stuff. They won’t bother to check the cameras. If you care about your privacy and personal belongings, i don’t recommend living here It is beautiful looking inside but the sound of banging construction above my apartment every morning at 8 am is ridiculous. Sometimes it goes on all day. They’re always working on an apartment or something so it’s never really quiet."
