"I'm currently a Tennant and I have a service Animal I've lived here now 2 years and my opinion Latoya Bell,And Jade Are And Have Always been Very Professional I pay my Rent And Stay To Myself I'm Very Respectful towards Every one I'm very Appreciative how when I have a maintenance concern the maintenance comes in a reasonable time and the maintenance individuals keep the grounds clean every day also the security on the first shift is extremely helpful and he does his job my opinion and the after 4 shift office Wayne as we call him they go over and above to patrol these grounds I walk my service animal all times of the night and I feel safe with the officer"

"The property manager LaToya Bell is very rude, ghetto, hostile and disrespectful. She makes the company look very bad and need to be removed. Ims is this the face of your company and who you want representing you? She has zero customer skills!!! I have already contacted the Inspector General at Hud and obtained a lawyer. She is a liar and committing fraud . I will also be contacting the attorney general. La Toya Bell act your minimum wage job! Get some class about yourself cause your very unlady like"

"I don’t know who I spoke with in the office but she is rude and unprofessional. I called 2 weeks ago to ask why my mother’s name wasn’t on her apartment unit and she assured me it would be taken care of the next week. I waited until today to see if my mother would have her name and of course she did not. So I called again and upon me asking about it again I was cut off and even asked if there was anything else without allowing me to finish speaking. My mother pays her bills and deserves her name on her unit like everyone else. I don’t understand what’s so hard about that. My mother explained that any problems that she has are always overlooked."

"Very unprofessional and rude. The appliances are always broken, you make a maintenance request and they never come. They don’t replace appliances in the apartment even if you need to urgently, the halls are always dirty. They aren’t accommodating at all and have notices for “inspections” and never come overall a 0/10. HUD should really be investigating their management of the property of its terrible."

"Latoya Bell is the most rudest site/office manager they have had in a long time. She is beyond disrespectful and GHETTO. she makes the company look bad. She look down on residents as if she makes top wages which we all know some residents make more than her sad but true. She needs to take classes on Business Management. Reporting her to IMS asap. She does a terrible job and Me and a lot of tenants feel the same way."
