"If I could give this hellscape zero stars I would. My best friend lives here and he told me he was having issues with his apartment, and so being in real estate law, I visited him and was absolutely stunned. The ceiling is falling down. Paint is peeling from the walls and ceilings from immense water damage. It smells musty, so you can only imagine the mold situation. The place is unsafe and should be condemned. The rental office not only does not care, they BLOCKED a residents number after he called so many times trying to figure out what is going on. This issue has been going on for months, with the damage and safety concerns only growing worse."
