Living here has become a dismal experience, marred by several concerning issues that warrant urgent attention. First and foremost, the management's apparent disregard for tenant well-being is glaringly evident in the poorly maintained apartments, which consistently suffer from persistent mold issues. This poses a serious threat to the health and safety of the residents, and it is disheartening to witness the lack of proactive measures to address this issue. The mistreatment extends beyond the tenants to the employees, creating a toxic environment within the complex. A healthy living space requires a harmonious relationship between management, tenants, and staff, and the current atmosphere is far from conducive to a positive community. Furthermore, the excessive rent charges that surpass LEGAL limits raise serious ethical concerns about the practices within the complex. Such financial strain on the residents, combined with a high turnover rate, reflects systemic problems that make this complex an undesirable place to call home. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues, prioritize tenant well-being, and create a living environment that is both safe and welcoming. Addressing these concerns will not only benefit the current residents but will also contribute to a more positive and sustainable community in the long run."
