The Boulevard

"The entrance on 3rd street has been open for quite some time, not sure if it’s ever been fixed. The door is unlocked. Coffee machine goes down every other day, the dish tray always needs to be emptied. There’s no hand sanitizer in any of the machines in the building. Wipes are also always missing to wipe the gym equipment which is gross."

"Have loved living at the Boulevard since it opened, on the cusp of downtown, but part of a quieter neighborhood. It’s a walk across the street to a friendly convince store, up the street to a coffee shop or cocktail lounge and restaurants (Cuisine - contemporary French and Northern Lights - pub which I hear is opening back up soon). All my neighbors have been friendly faces in the halls and Antonio in the office always has a smile. It’s what city living should be, a neighborhood of welcoming people, walking around everywhere and within close proximity to what’s quickly becoming a major-city downtown again (now we need real mass transit to go with the pieces we have)."

"This apartment complex is so nice! The girl who i went on tour with Shaina showed me the 1 bedroom . The work out roomis fully equipped, spacious and it has mirrors! Love that! The washer/dryer being inside the apartment is on my list as well as a the gym. The location is perfect, its close to my job. I loved the tour so much she was very sweet I'm looking forward to moving here."
