"I waited 2 years to get In been here 2 years I like the community itself! You do get a decent value for your money! I really do miss the old leasing rep that was here! Just don’t fall on hard times if you move to the suburbs cause they might be unforgiving! The new maintenance man is the best! The new leasing team is fair to certain extent! Southfield is a great place to live its diverse and inclusive without the all the negative energy!"

"The current maintenance and leasing agent are nice and have addressed any issues in a timely manner with the exception of one. The units themselves are nice and spacious on the flip side the complex could use some cosmetic work. Worn carpet in the hallway, missing shutters and the hallways need a fresh coat of paint. Overall it's a decent place to live and not a lot of noise but for what I pay I expect better upkeep."

"The low ratings of this apartment complex confuse me, but I will say I lived here from early 2019-early 2020 and the management changed during this time, so maybe it's gotten better since then. All in all I have had no problems. The staff is friendly and helpful, our apartment is nice and everything works. We had a problem with our dishwasher and they replaced it entirely. Of course there are some things that come with living in an apartment (occasionally noisy neighbors for example) but if you have reasonable expectations and don't expect to live like a Kardashian, this apartment complex is more than acceptable. I am moving out because I am getting married, otherwise I would have stayed longer."
