Adams Creek

"Lived here for an year or so. Having lived in 2 other apartment complexes in Auburn Hills before, this was the best experience I have had. The positives are - good management staff, responsive maintaince staff, facilities (gym, pool, common areas) are well maintained, complex security is good, more than enough parking space, close proximity to Walmart, Meijer, gas stations, downtown and the Clinton river trail. The only negative I felt was the lack of storage spaces in the apartments."

"So I lived here for 2 years and honestly wouldn’t of moved had I not been moving in with a friend. Maintenance was always so quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. I even got my stove/oven replaced in a week(called on Monday was installed that Friday). There are a few outdated fixtures, but they also have been updating and going through everything making sure it was working order. They are always nice and I never had any noise issues in my building. Neighbors kept to themselves mostly and weren’t super loud, you could hear a few things. Snow removal in the winter was also great for both years. They were there in the morning and then if it was too bad would come back out in the evening. Any walkways we’re salted so I never slipped. Also loved the flood lights they added outside, keeps the cars in view and made me feel a lot safer coming home late. Karrie has been awesome and was always quick to offer up any solutions I needed. She was fantastic explaining any questions I had and quick to explain everything that was going on. You also get informational emails that I really appreciated because it kept me in the loop and I knew what was going on. Great little community and very close walking distance to downtown Auburn Hills. Also the 2nd and 3rd levels have balconies, favorite place to sit and relax."

"Lived here for 5 years. Office and maintenance are very quick to respond to any issues. The area is very safe, and the neighbors are quiet. Never had any issues. It's a great location with nearby Meijer's, Clinton River Trail, etc. Definitely would continue living here if I didn't have to relocate for a new job."

"Loved my time living at Adams Creek Apartments. The area is fantastic, close to everything! (Shopping, Dining, Freeways, Bike Trails) Very quiet, small community with pool and tennis courts! I lived in a third floor apartment with vaulted ceilings that felt very luxurious! Rent is very reasonable for the area. Maintenance and the office staff were always quick and professional! I would highly recommend this community!"

"Apartments are in beautiful wooded area and most have balconies, but some units are near to Adam's road. It's a quiet community and the office and maintenance people are very professional and nice. There is an outdoor pool and tennis court. The only area for children has one slide."
