"I just moved into my unit but Tracey was amazing and helped me from start to finish with the process. If you’re looking for a seamless move in process I definitely recommend West Oaks."

"If I could ZERO stars I would. I applied for these apartments online but didn’t continue because they want you to pay a application fee and a holding fee before even knowing if your approved or not. So I called spoke with Tracy and told her I didn’t want to pay a holding fee until I knew if I was approved or not. So she suggested I came in and get a money order for the 50$ application fee. Came in Friday on the 22nd after sitting for over a hour waiting finally I was able to leave. Fast forward today the 25th which is Monday no call or anything so I call them. First person I spoke with said they couldn’t verify my employment due to them not being able to speak with someone. That didn’t sit well with me so I called back to speak to Tracy. She started she would call me back in 15mins with all the answers. Over a hour has passed and I had to call Tracy back myself. And she said something similar but not the same as the first young lady of why I got denied. Moral of the story it’s a SCAM!! They want you to give this all this money for a apartment they probably don’t even have to rent out! I also call LR management and they aren’t answering their phones neither. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!! They basically tried to imply that I gave them fake check stubs."

"Needed an Apartment for the 10th of September. Put a holding fee down on one for that date and was not given any updates until I had to call them back for it. They took my holding fee of $150 and are not trying to refund it even after I did not get that exact unit. Then they tried to offer me one for a later date. I needed it for the date I asked for and put my holding fee down on not a later date."

"Information Tour with Tracy and I absolutely loved her!!!!! I am currently in the process to apply. I’d love to stay here because it was definitely what I was looking for. Clean outside and kept up nicely. I love that they had newly renovated units with washer and dryer included. Tracy made me feel very welcome and she gave me Aunt vibes with all her advice she gave. She answered each and every question I had. Neighborhood was also very quiet and looked like a very nice community."

"My experience with West Oaks has been a breath of fresh air so far! Tracy and Bria in the office are both wonderful and extremely accommodating. I spoke with Tracy first and she was very organized, polite, and responsive. She gave me all the information I needed upfront and provided additional tips that would help me make the best choice for myself (as far as differences between apartments). Next I met Bria who was equally polite and accommodating. Bria and Tracy both were determined to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The conversations flowed naturally and easily with them, breath of fresh air. Tracy's interactions with residents on the phone and while on our tour where polite and respectful. The interactions between Bria and Tracy gave the energy of a good working relationship. Again, all in all this experience was a positive one and a breath of fresh air in comparison to my experience apartment hunting elsewhere. The application process was quick and easy. I'm looking forward to moving in the fall and continuing to have a great experience while living at West Oaks."
