"This is for my apartment at Keswick. I’m still waiting on Stacey Kontry to respond to my emails regarding my personal items that were compromised due to mold. Also I need my hotel to be extended until my apartment is safe for me to return. Also, I need a clearance before returning from the City of Southfield. I see why the turnover rate is high due to upper management. They need to take a class on communication skills."

"This place is Horrible! The management is terrible, the prices are horrible & they seem to rent to anyone. A lot of drug activity has been reported to management, but they don't care all they want is that extremely high rent. Storage unit are always broken into, Garbage disposal is always broke. They have horrible maintenance workers. This is sad! The area is nice, but don't move to Chatsford Manor, you will instantly regret it!"

"This place is a rip off. Building looks great till you move in and NOTHING work properly. They installed new washers and dryers now you have to pay 5 dollars to wash a load of clothes! Its not worth it .... You will regret it DONT MOVE HERE! The tents are loud and the management is useless!!!!"

"Very clean and spacious apartment. When I first moved in I loved it. One big downfall is the schedule of the staff. Air went out 06/22/2018 after 5 pm called emergency matinenece they said it wasn’t an emergency. Which quite frankly It was extremely upsetting given it’s Summer time and I have no air. It’s Monday now I called the front office no answer and no follow-up to the request I put in for my air. It’s extremely hard when you need something fixed it seems. Also, pool was down for a week last week there was no flyer posted or newsletter given. I found out when I took my nieces and nephews down to swim and it was Padlocked. Even then I wasn’t sure what was going on until I called the office 6 times and finally received an explanation. End result the apartments are nice but the communication is in desperate need of an upgrade."
