"Be careful applying here, they will just encourage you to continuously apply without allowing you to view the property. They will not respond to your emails. On a phone call with crude and unpleasant office personnel Ashley- she just kept repeating the same rehearsed line. Worst thing is dealing with people in customer service who hate their job and who are unwilling to assist or explain anything."

"I spoke to heather and I was completely shocked by what they did. I applied for the one bedroom because that’s what I knew I would be able to get approved for. On the website it said they had some available yet I was denied because of income when I Do make 3x the rent for the ones I applied for . They denied me for a 2 bedroom when I applied for a 1 bedroom and then told me I had to wait 6 months to apply like I would... then told me the application only last for 90 days. I was completely displeased and disappointed that they don’t wait until the application no longer last or have a waitlist . I had good credit and great income and on they site the apartments were available. I feel played."

"Admittedly and historically repairs have taken a while, but I see the great progress that has been made on behalf of the Maintenance and Administration Teams. This current Administration team is the best in the 10 years that I've been here. Just a few weeks ago, Administration put in a work order for me and Omar from the Maintenance staff was at my door, early, the very next morning for the complete repair. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and communicated throughout the entire process. He assured me it would be completed correctly and he did just that.Thank you Everyone ♥️"

"I love the area. Everything is within walking distance. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. The units are huge and I got everything I wanted for an affordable price. Heather and Holly in the leasing office are amazing. They are always helpful. Maintenance came in and took care of any needs I have. I recommend this location."

"I have lived here for the last 2 years. The place is spacious, close to all the main roads/highways. Ascension hospital is right across the street and the whole community is very spacious, clean, green and well-maintained. I was lucky to find lot of my Indian community members here and we do like to hang out together in our free time. We have no plan to leave this apartment in near future."
