"This property is managed by Silverside Management specifically (Steven Iposu)It is in terrible condition. The name on the front of the building says it all …instead of Fairway Manor…it says …Airway Manor ( missing the F)This property has been continuously mis managed as well as the property I lived in next door (19169 Lahser) for the past 4 years. We had an ongoing rat /roach problem which CLEARLY was originating from a FULL garbage can in the back of the Fairway/AIRway Manor. (See pictures)This garbage can has been full for over 1 year. I personally made Silverside Management (Steven Iposu) aware of this garbage issue multiple times because it needed to be resolved. Instead of addressing the garbage issue Steven Iposu chose to harass me and encourage his staff members to harass me.. Additionally be advised…the people who reside at Fairway /AIRway manor are practitioners of Voodoo.(YES VOODOO) People are entitled to believe what ever they like but when Silverside Management (Steven Iposu)participates and allows/encourages residents to freely harass “other” residents …impeding their quality of life…that should be considered criminal. As indicated by the pictures... I found multiple elements of Voodoo practice around the Fairway/AIRway manor and at the graveyard located up the street(Mt Hazel Cemetery) in addition to the apartment I resided in.(19169 Lahser) In the picture listed ..that is a DEAD black bird /roster in that white garbage bag. It was a sacrifice left at the graveyard for a deity or LWA/LOA.(Haitian terminology). I witnessed this type of activity on multiple occasions at the graveyard and that’s why it caught my attention.This is one of the many elements involved in the practice of Voodoo. The bricks are used to create “Red Brick dust” in addition to other things. If you enjoy garbage, rats roaches crazy management, crazy neighbors and Voodoo …Fairway/AIRWAY MANOR is the place for you. To this day …that same garbage can is still full and has not been addressed by Silverside Management …terrible."
