"Been here for 2 years now. Biggest complaints are 1) the apartment doesnt list online that they allow indoor smoking so if you have allergies or a pet stay away. Tenants in my unit smoke like chimneys and air stays stagnant in the units so you can smell the smoke through the floors and radiators. 2) the apartment rules clearly state no rec smoking which I normally don't have an issue with, its when the apartment reeks of weed and the landlord make 0 effort to assist or enforce the rule. 3) land lord does nothing when complaints are made. Locks on in the entry way were broken for over a year. Land lord even admitted someone was breaking the locks but did NOTHING. Apartment was originally quiet until a family moved next to me that has 0 respect for surrounding neighbors. I try to be understanding because they have a kid but they make 0 effort to keep the kid under control and from disturbing me and the downstairs tenants. My sister lives in the bottom floor 2 units from them and can hear the noise they cause clearly."

"Quiet, peaceful community. Management is quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Laundry rooms are clean and have brand new machines. Ample parking. The surrounding area is beautiful, close to down town and in walking distance to the library, local shops/restaurants"

"I've been here for two years now - Good starter apartment for sure! Had a good experience moving in - Leasing process was easy and my apartment was very clean and well-prepared. The office is reasonable about requests and needs. I have great neighbors who look out for me and everyone else. No real complaints! Love being in a beautiful, quiet area and close to downtown Oxford."

"Very lovely atmosphere and very polite people who stay here. I got locked out of my friends apartment because she told me to smoke cigarettes on her apartment because it's okay but realistically no one can usually smoke in apartments. So I decided to go outside and use her key which she said it would be on her keychain which it wasn't and when I went to find her room I forgot where her room was and I accidentally almost went to the wrong room thank god people are so understanding. The set up is very nice though here."
