"Theres a dirty dishwasher sitting on the 2nd floor. Over a month now. I tried calling about it, a few times. Once leaving a message, that opened a prospect request. That got closed quickly. I'm not sure what the purpose of the prospect request was, but there's still a dirty dishwasher hanging out on the 2nd floor. I wish I could post the picture. Update- dishwasher has been removed. Update 10-10. I have called about my broken mailbox 3 times. It's been over a week without my mail. The key broke off in the box. Please fix my mailbox. If I call agin today, it will be the 4th call about it."

"Everything was decent for location and price for the entire year from June 2022 until June 2023. There were concerns even in the beginning, 1)Weed smells all the time( I complained but nothing was ever done by management all 3 of them that have turned over and worked here), 2) grounds are never kept up, sprinklers never work, trash always everywhere, 3) RATS, 4) hole in the wall by laundry unit no electric panel on laundry unit plug, 5) front door always broken, 6) carpet is always dirty in hallways, the cleaner they have hired do not clean at all, 7) 21389 building is CURRENTLY INFESTED WITH ROACHES, THE ENTIRE BUILDING. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! The management does not care, nor willing to take care of this issue that has been going on since June for some residents. While they are busy upgrading their other 2 properties near by they have done nothing to this one but let it go to the slums. AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THESE PROBLEMS."

"Up until about 2021, Cedaridge had the best team and management. Front office was very responsive to calls, e-mails, fixing issues, etc as soon as possible, maybe even same day. They made you feel like they really cared about your issues. Then 1 day the system and people changed. Our sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain and it took almost 5 days to have someone sent out to fix it. You can almost never reach anyone when you call, sometimes they'll call you right back, other times could take days depending if at all. Even when I just moved out, no one communicated to me what I needed to do prior to leaving. I had to reach out multiple times after being told someone would get back to me. Hopefully they can get back to that caring attitude that they had prior."

"My experience here was probably the worst I've had at any apartment complex I've lived at thus far. It might be a long review so bare with me. We had an old furnace which I'm not sure how it went unnoticed before a move in. This caused mold on a lot of clothing items due to the moisture, which needed to be thrown out (photos shown). We've also had flooding issues in our kitchen and dining room due to a pipe bursting in a neighboring unit. There was an incident where my dog bite a neighbor (only a minor bite) and I was prepared to register him as potentially dangerous (photos shown) and enroll him in classes but the complex said he must be removed. Despite all the issues we have had, I was given less than a week to have him removed. Lastly, about a month before we moved out, there was a leak above my outside door, maintenance put a hole in the ceiling and it was still there when I moved out on May 30th, 2022 (photos shown). I also did not receive my security deposit check until July 26th. Management and maintenance only seem to care about the main apartment complex which is Timeberidge, but even that place has constant issues. I would avoid all three, Timberidge, Cedaridge and Stoneridge Manor."

"Our building has not had a doorknob on our front door in nearly a month, safety is very clearly not a priority to them. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I understand it takes time to order parts, but our safety has been compromised because of this. Communicating with the team is also extremely difficult, almost 80% of the time you have to leave a voicemail that takes days to respond to. I also did not have heating for a few days, in which they provided two space heaters for a 2 bedroom apartment. Im sure the majority of this is labor shortage problems, but you should NEVER settle for a poor quality of living quarters."
