"Updated 2: eventually the property management office was able to cancel the collection. Ms. Griffith was nice talking to although the whole thing shoulddn't have happened in the beginning, Updated: talked to the director of the property management. Finally they found an error in their accounting system but they said they can't take it back from the Collection company, so we have to deal with it. wish I could give 0. filed the application and paid the application fee. Didn't move in. And 8 months later, received letter from Collection Company saying we owe them the application fee we paid (with credit card statement ). Called the leasing office and was told they didn't keep our application anymore and just turned us to the corporate office. Doesn't make sense at all. working with an attorney now."

"During a time where the housing and rental market is extremely difficult to navigate through, we found the Weatherstone community. Initially, there was no availability and none upcoming. However, the office staff, Rachel and Cookie, did follow up with us once the availability changed. The move in process was very quick and they provided excellent assistance with making my family’s transition to the property go smooth without any issues. Furthermore, Rachel and Cookie has been very responsive to any questions or requests needed. They have also followed up with us plenty to make sure that our expectations are being met. Also, one of the things I do appreciate is that they do make their best efforts to coordinate any service requests with you so that you are aware of when things will be done in the unit. Overall, the property is very nice, spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. So far I have not had any issues and my family really like their new home. Thank you again for the positive move in experience!"

"Interesting to note that this thread only has 3 reviews. I have never had to work so hard clean up a property. I had to put nearly $1k of my own money to clean the facility to my standard. The grout was filthy on the floors, the kitchen floor was awful and the carpet was so cheap. I put $500 into the grounds. I had to cut my own bushes down and put my own mulch to make my property look presentable. Nevermind waiting days or weeks but years for things to get done. Plaster has been falling off the walls for two years. I have been waiting on repairs to the kitchen cabinets for two years. Not worth the money. I lived here 30 years ago and it was much better. The units are now not worth the price."
