"I advise anyone who is looking for an apartment to never consider moving into these apartments, in all my life this is the worst place I have ever lived , any problems that you have they don’t fix it all they do is brush it to the side. These guys have a really HUGE mold problem and refuse to get a specialist out here to fix the problems in the apartment I’m staying in , I’ve been mentioning this problem since August of last year and it still hasn’t been solved , a lot of my clothes and personal items have been ruined because of this, they claim they’ve switched their management staff but yet I get the same result from the new management, they have been lying for months and the most they will do for the mold is spray paint over it and call it a day. Trust me it’s over charged and nobody is professional at all even the property management PLEASE reconsider living here. DON’T DO IT. I also mentioned to them that I need this fixed because I now have a child that’s going to be born soon, and with them covering up the mold it could be in my blood as well as the child’s they don’t care about the living conditions at all it’s so many things that I can talk about but it would be too much to type. All I can say is Don’t do it it’s not worth it at all trust me."

"WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Do not stay here! This is the worst Management I have ever dealt with. Totally incompetent people. You will get better service at McDonalds. I was getting fast responses before I signed the lease, after signing it no response at all whatsoever. The day of moving, I was told that the AC isn't working and they will fix it on the same day. The AC was fixed after 4 months, it was not priority according to them. We were getting straight up black water from the faucet which we were told that nothing they can do about it. Their online payment system goes down sometimes and we need to go to bank to get a cashiers check, which if not submitted on time we will get penalized. The main building door is always broken, anyone can get into the building and steal your packages. They never fixed mine for a year, always the same answer that they have ordered parts to replace the lock on building door. My apartment door was broken by a cop due to a gas leak. They placed a tiny lock on the apartment and never replaced the door. When you add in work orders online, they will change the status to completed without even finishing it. I would suggest everyone to have all the communication through Email as a proof because these guys will try to keep your deposit. I was in communication with them for 3 months after I left the apartment, they said they will put my name on collections list even though they owe me money. Luckily I have everything on email as proof and was able to settle. EDIT Added on 02/24. Now these guys hired other agency Friedman and they are again asking for collection which was already steeled down with RPM living. So have to go over with them again with all the details. Just ridiculous and waste of my time."

"Absolute worst management. This is the third time management has been switched over a year, so Friedman has taken the cake on poor management. All of a sudden the payment portal changed with the switch in management, NO grace was given to people who had to go out of their way and pay their banks $10 to get a money order to drop off at the office the following month when Friedman started, they hit everyone with "late fees" and didn't even have record of everyones payments, it took up until the 10th of the month for erroneous fees to be removed yet they gave everyone up until the 8th to pay without penalty. Not to mention the face that around the dumpsters were overpouring with trash and borderline a health department violation. Its now the second month of Friedman management and they still cant get their act together as I have erroneous fees once again. The new management's hours have changed so of course I can't get ahold of anyone in the office and when I do they can't do anything without property manager's approval. No one ever communicates with you or gets back in touch as promised. Lastly, LOTS of unsavory people living here, they advertise a smoke free environment but the hallways stink of weed 24/7, it comes into your unit. You can also smell other people taking a poop when in your own bathroom due to the ducts/ventilation someone being connected. Floors/walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors' every move, which is a less than ideal considering how loud some of these people are. It's really interesting to me that someone is actively responding to these reviews to save face where they could be using their energy to correct these issues instead. I wish there was half as much effort put into correcting as there was responding to these reviews. Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Squirrels digging into my furnace room on the balcony, management has not responded to my calls. I had to put up wire to keep them out. Any maintenance requests will be ignored or fixed horribly. Creakiest floors I've ever heard. My upstairs neighbors walking around normally keeps me up at night because of the volume of the creaking. The floors in general are horrible. They aren't level so every piece of furniture wobbles. The carpet is a nasty plastic that is very uncomfortable to sit on or walk on with bare feet. There are pieces of plywood underneath the carpet that aren't nailed down. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up."

"I have lived here for almost 5 years and this has by far been the worst living experience I have ever had. I have been without heat in my apartment since August (not that I needed it in August). Every time I ask for an update I am told it will be fixed in a few days. It has been MONTHS now and I have not been compensated and am left to live in a 56 degree apartment. I was told we may be given a free car port as compensation. Will be taking this case to court to get compensated. The apartment has mold and there are bugs all over the apartment in the summer. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
