"This was one of the most unprofessional calls I have ever been on in my 30 plus years in this industry as a Property Management Specialist. This management company should be ashamed of placing incompetent employees on the sales floor without proper training. This company needs to Implement a mystery shop program. This young lady did not give me her name. And Disconnected the call in the middle of my questions, when I tried to call back, no pick up . Sad!"

"I had a 1 bedroom apt reserved last month. I left a deposit last month as well. It was suppose to hold the apt for 30 days. I chose to move in Dec 10th. I went in to confirm my apt number to get ready to transfer my lights and to pay the remaining amount owed. I was told by the property mgr that ther were no 1bedroom apts available and that she was not aware of me leaving a deposit for the apt. She apologized but that didnt help me to get my 1 bd apt. They are so unorganized and her assistant promised that it was going to be ready before the 10th to find out it was nothing available. So now om back to looking for an apt . Thanks to Country House Apts smfh."

"This is the worst place to rent, I’ve been here a few months… this place is owned be a Jewish man who clearly don’t care about black people he is renting to making his living.. This place is absolutely ghetto. It’s like living in the the projects… the heat is never working, maintenance is incompetent weed head drunks, crack head central, the building isn’t kept up at all, roaches, mites and gnats.. this place needs to be under new management. I’m definitely putting in my 30 day notice when the new year start.. If you have kids like me DON’T RENT HERE… I hate I even moved in here with my baby and they be making reviews on here to raise the rating"
