"I visit this store almost daily, but after today that is unlikely to continue. The product I purchased was opened (the safety seal was compromised) and when I returned I was told "sorry, nothing I can do". I typically don't open products or check safety seals INSIDE the store but I would recommend that for anyone shopping at this location. Incredibly disappointed with the service, especially for a repeat customer. I wasn't even offered an apology for basically stealing my money. There are many good convenience stores in the area, I recommend those instead."

"We organized all of the empty cans recently purchased from Mega-Bev. My wife and I went to the Oakland store today. After leaving the cans at the checkout, did some shopping. Went to check out and were told that they would not accept or honor the 10 cent returns as the can were not rinsed. They were mostly rinsed,, clean and organized in boxes.. We thought it was a state law to accept returns bought from the store. Very rude. We will NOT be shopping with this company again."
