"They keep some of the expired products on the shelves for the one who doesn’t check the expiration date. I told them a week ago these products are expired and I found them again on the shelves. The return policy is not applicable if you bring non food to be returned, they will refuse because it was opened. The ironic thing that they told me they will return food even if it is opened. Non professional customer service. They lost a customer for only a $5 product."

"Finally two months ago, I went inside the store and I had a very positive experience. the store itself is very well-lite, well-organized and well-stocked. The food items are fresh and I could tell the difference in the taste and fragrance. Fresh vegetables are fairly priced. I like to buy in bulk so the staff was wonderfully helpful to get me multiple quantities of fresh vegetables. They honored my request to reduce the plastic bags. They are well stocked and have everything one might need in the Indian household. I had requested them to get me a specific brand food item and they were very kind to get that for me the next time food consignment came in. I am grateful for that. The owners are great and they are doing a great job of keeping their customers happy. During the COVID time, they have been good about wearing a mask and have hand sanitizers as well. I wish them good luck and want them to know that they are doing a great job!"

"We were really excited to visit this new Indian store called Go Bazaar on Westnedge. The manager Shashi and Aman were very helpful and kind to us. This store was very clean and organized, and had a lot of variety in their groceries. Lots of indian herbs and vegetables readily available. Shashi also mentioned that they sell Halal meat which can be ordered through their website on Thursdays. This gets delivered to the store and can be picked up on Friday in the afternoon. If there are any products that you would like to see there, give them a recommendation and they will add it to their new but definitely growing business. Their store is a must visit! I will be shopping here a lot!"
