"It's a very large complex and not easy to find a unit. The rooms are large and there's plenty of closet space. Hallways look and smell nice. The landscaping could use some help with. There's a lot of parking."

"It's a ok place to live if you like alot of people running in and out of the building a lot of dogs and poop everywhere, maintenance wanting to come into your apartment whenever they feel like it. Parking is bad. I like that they upgraded a lot of things. Rent has gotten high"

"There is mold growing in apartment 513. I used to live there, and when I contacted management about it, they sent maintenance in to paint over it. This issue seriously affected my health. I was extremely ill, to the point of being hospitalized, but Mary was completely uncooperative as to my inquiry to the address of the issue. I pray no one lives in that apartment, Their response to mushrooms growing out of the carpet was to pick off the mushrooms."

"Have been living here for 2 years. Only place in Belleville I could find that had apartment access that did not require you walk up or down stairs to get to the apartment. Management is very responsive to any problems and seem to care about both the property and the tenants. Nice, clean pool (seasonal). Laundry facilities are in good condition and reasonably priced. Purchased a home or would continue to live here."
