We came in to a clean apartment with new countertops and freshly cleaned floors. Maintenance is quick to respond to concerns we have had. Our only concern is the deck is a bit out of date but the size of the rooms and the new appliances show that they have been making renovations."

"It has been a pleasant experience living in Belleville pointe apartments I have been here for a few years but I must say that Keenan the maintenance supervisor has always took care of my unit anytime I had issues. An also Mrs Tina when I come in to office she always greeted me with a smile an made me feel welcome. An if I had any concerns she was always so eager to help make sure it got resolved in a timely fashion"
