"First off, I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Carla the property manager/Director, as well as David the guy who does maintenance. The both of them made my application process very smooth and fast. Carla was very attentive to my needs and wants and always responded on time. David gave me a very thorough tour. He was attentive to my needs and wants as well. I love how they have a pond which is perfect for the summertime as well as a park if you have children. The property is very ducked off And peaceful. Thank you Carla and David!!"

"I had a great time with Ms. Carla! She took time out to show me both apartment complex The Ravines and Northgate of Canton in one day. She was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I would most definitely recommend Carla to show you around. I really like the Northgate of Canton townhomes"

"Worst place we ever lived! Just like all the other reviews, the new owners are awful! No responses via email or text. I even received the most lame excuse that their “email was broken”. We left within the terms of our contract, and if you don’t meet them during their convenience for a walk-out (in pristine condition), be sure to have a bogus charge and a credit company come after you! They will come and assess things when they need to, but don’t go looking for any repairs! They disappear! They even continued to do random walk-throughs for their needs during covid, but “can’t do repairs due to covid restrictions”. They are true scam artists! Rochelle is the worst!"

"I love my new unit ! However, out of all the units available they gave me one that reeks of curry. I haven’t been able to remove the smell. They left the keys on the counter couldn’t even meet me face to face on move in day. I see why. Maybe in my ID picture since I am light African American I look Indian. No free method to pay rent. I utilized the drop box with a money order. Now they’ve sent out an email stating must pay online. I made a partial payment once and the convince fee was $80. Make sure you add the fee to your rent budget. Jordan was very responsive with payment issue when I thought it was lost. Nyssa has been unresponsive at all. Was barely responsive during the application process ."

"Do NOT move here. They will not respond to any issue you have. They will not answer the phone when you call. They will ignore you. There are no amenities. There are so many other places that are worth your money. We had an ant infestation, requested maintenance, and it was never resolved by them. We took care of it ourselves. They were recently taken over by a new property management company and have added fees to pay rent without any explanation. My wife and I have left multiple voice-mails and multiple emails, none of which have been returned over the past 2 weeks. It has been a terrible experience. I'm sure they will respond to this, which is sad. This could have been resolved if they had even an ounce of professionalism."
