"Apts r nice and large. But they need to have a time period to repaint and replace carpet with they do not. ( after 12 years.) maintence staff is very good. A little noiser now with children on the building."

"Rentals are cheap compare to other communities. Indian groceries and restaurants are very near. Indoor swimming pool need some maintenance. Apartments are very old but maintenance is good. They need to increase no of washing machines and replace the old ones with new ones."

"I would not recommend Drakeshire to anyone. When I moved in in 2020, my apartment was filthy as if they had not cleaned it prior to me moving in. The neighbors are terribly inconsiderate as they leave food, trash, shoes, and other belongings in the hallways and other common areas (pictured below). They leave their doors open 24 hours a day where you can see food smeared on their walls, food and bugs all over the carpet and kitchen floor. The building was also infested with roaches (pictured below) and neighbors continued to keep their food and trash in the hallway. They allow their kids to play in the hallway loudly at any time of day or night (picture & video below). On several occasions, I have came to my car with dents and finger prints from their kids playing, throwing rocks, and riding bikes in the parking lot (pictured below). Management threatened to take action against neighbors several times by placing notes on the doors but they never did anything. The windows are poorly sealed allowing rain and bugs to come into the apartment (pictured below). Lastly, There is only 1 washer and dryer for the entire building to share and many times it was broken down causing me to go to the laundromat several times a month. The list of horrors from this place could go on and on for days. I will attach pictures below as it will not allow me upload any videos that I have of my neighbors being so loud in the hallway that I cannot talk on the phone or work from home."

"Stayed here for 1 year. Really enjoyed my stay. Very minimal maintenance and maintenance was quick too. Lady in leasing office (Sunetra) is really helpful and kind."
