"Even though rent in here is low, expect to over spend on electricity bill(this places has older electric appliances like A/C). In unit Washer dryer(very poorly maintained) are in poor ratio like 1 for every 10 apartments. This place got good maintenance, they are very responsive. Cover parking is a plus here."

"Visiting friends. The place needs to be updated, and an elevator is beyond necessary. Everyone has to carry their groceries up two flights if they are on third floor. One couple that is in their nineties, is constantly looking for friendly neighbors to offer help. Anyone with disabilities, (who may have not needed assistance a year or two ago) is really stuck. The size of the units are fine, and the attached garage is clearly the best feature."

"Extremely happy that I chose Jamestown as my new apartment complex. The unit is very large and has more than enough room for the price. Storage is not an issue at all as extra is provided. Garage provided connected to the same building as your unit, no need to walk outside or clean off the car in the morning. Neighbors are nice and friendly, very safe community. Without a doubt the greatest asset of this property is the property manager Grant. He has gone above and beyond to make my transition smooth and has been available to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. I recommend this place to everyone!"

"Great place to live. The apartment was renovated and spacious compared to other nearby communities. Most of the units have either garage or covered parking. Grocery stores are available near by. Public commute options to Detroit area is available next to the apartment entrance. Last but not least the leasing staff Grant and team are friendly and responsive and attends to the problems immediately."

"Absolutely good place to live. Rooms are spacious and there's a lot of storage for each apartment. It's more or less an Indian community with too may near by restaurants and grocers. A small Gym with swimming pool is a plus. Cost is below average compared to near by communities."
