"Redwood is a convenient, reasonably priced, living apartment/condo that is a pleasure to live within. The maintenance staff is fast and prompt with fixing any issues, and the office team is extremely professional and truly care about the residence. My only regret is that redwood is not available in more states so that I can continue living within the communities."

"Be carful moving into this apartment if you don't want to live with mice. The complex is mice infested. The first day I moved in I saw mice droppings did not know what it was because I never lived with rodents. Informed the manager which was helpful and concern but she also mention other tenants were have problems. She had pest control come out. The next week saw one on the kitchen counter called spoke to Michelle her attitude was we live near a field and they are field mice like it was okay. I ask 4 neighbors they all seen mice one neighbor stated wait to the winter. If I had know what I thought were bugs but end up being mouse droppings when I first moved in I would have moved. You have 30 days to break you lease with no penalty. Now I am being charge for breaking my lease because I do not want to live with mice. Don't let the beauty of the appt fool you."
