"This is a warning to future residents. If you’re considering this place for residence, don’t! For the one’s that live here, I feel sorry for you. Here we go. Every unit has mold in it, and they put you in a hotel. They charge you for the hotel and mold removal. I talked to a number of residents who don’t wanna call maintenance in fear of being charged. It’s always the tenants fault, even though these units are supremely outdated. No ventilation fan in the bathroom or kitchen. No central air, yet their office space has been renovated with central air. Only certain units are allowed window A/C. They hate when the tenant rebuttal against their wishes and want to evict you. The charge is lead by their sociopathic leader name hope turner. She’s mean and ruthless. She doesn’t care about your circumstances. She has a cop mentality. If you don’t comply, goodbye. Marcus management is a slumlord management team that’s only in it for the greed. Narcissistic, sociopathic, unemotional ppl that claim they care about their community. The only thing this company cares about is lunch time and money. If you have a 20 year old fridge and it breaks. It’s your fault. It’s inconceivable to them that things break because there old. Scratch that. They’re not stupid. It’s smart, yet unethical for them to stick the tenant with the bill. That way they stay rich and you’re miserable, and in a rut with problems you had before you moved in. They don’t mind adding to your stress. They cheat these non English speaking Pakistani people who can’t fend for themselves, and pay whatever they say. When you drive in the complex, know that every tenant has a concord issue. It’s just a matter of what! I know ppl need a place to live. And if this is all you can afford I understand. But prepare yourself for the lying, scheming, conniving issues that’ll be coming your way. Because if it’s broken, it’s your fault! Sorry if you come here. Place is a joke!"
