"I don’t really think it’s worth it for the price. Seems like everything is so cheap inside our apartment washer and dryer barely work. Walls look like they’re falling apart and separating in our apartment building it looks very unsafe. They say no smoking but I’ve seen some guy with a bong standing outside. The good reviews are people who got lucky in this apartment. Or have the money to pay a ridiculous amount for apartment that is not even updated."

"I’ve lived here for several months with my toddler, dog, and cat and have had the most wonderful experience. Linda was amazing and helped me move in when I was in a pinch - she is a gem and is phenomenal at her job. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained - there are even trails in the woods and stands with dog bags all over. I’ve submitted three service requests while I’ve been here and all were addressed extremely promptly (and the issues were actually fixed). The unit itself is incredibly spacious and so nice to live in. I shopped around a LOT for apartments before moving here and the price for what you get is phenomenal (in-unit laundry too - and the closet it’s in is big enough to serve as a small laundry room!). These apartments are close to everything which is lovely but they also have such a woodsy feel. I’ve had a consistent stream of cute critters including a very friendly deer wander through the area my apartment’s patio opens out on. I can pay my rent and submit service tickets easily with the app and haven’t had any issues there. I didn’t get to use the pool or fitness area this summer so I can’t comment on them. I have truly no real complaints.There hasn’t been a single thing that’s happened or that I’ve discovered in my months living here that’s made me question whether this was the right place for me and my child to live. It’s been lovely living here and I will gladly and enthusiastically recommend this place to anybody looking for a home. If you’re looking for an apartment, Bite the bullet and move in here."

"I really enjoyed my time at Glen's of Northville. I had a 2nd floor apartment and had a very private balcony that faced trees. I unfortunately didn't get much sun or natural light but the trade off was worth it to not face the parking lot. The walking trail is beautiful throughout all seasons. The pool is nice but very shaded, only had sun until about 5:30pm most days. The gym is small with not a lot of equipment but you can still get in a decent workout. The only real reason I left was my original rent was $1099 and the were going to upcharge it to $1379 which was a significant increase for me, especially for a 1bed1bath "

"I think the negative reviews for the Glens of Northville are a bit harsh. This is a pretty solid apartment complex. I'm not going to act like it's the greatest place in the history of the world but it's a really decent place to live. I've lived here for over a year now and had no major issues. Considering the fact that it's in a really nice area plus there's a pool, in-unit laundry, and a gym, the price is really solid. The pool is always cold but it's surrounded by trees so it has a feeling of privacy to it. I have always found every person in the leasing office to be extremely friendly – the same goes for the maintenance people though I've only called them a couple of times. I've lived in a total of seven apartment complexes and this one is among the best. I think anybody that gives this place a bad review hasn't actually had a truly bad experience at an apartment complex. We have it pretty good here."

"My boyfriend and I have been living here for 5 months so far and we love it. We were skeptical given the reviews here on Google. When we moved we really didn’t want to be in an apartment but it’s what had to happen. The apartment we rent is the mulberry and it’s very spacious. When we applied my boyfriend was unemployed and Karen at the leasing office was super helpful in letting us know which documents we needed to provide to be approved. The whole process from showing to signing our lease took about a month only because we were waiting on the unit we wanted to be available. The community is quiet and close to major shopping areas. There has been one schedule maintenance visit to replace filters and check fire alarms. The gentleman came in masked and was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. The only issue we have here is our packages consistently get delivered to the wrong building but that is of course of no fault to management just one of those annoying things. Most people will come drop it off to our building. Overall we enjoy it here and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area."
