"No service this week I guess because it snowed 3 inches this is Michigan not Florida and they don’t credit you back for no service"

"I live in Shelbyville Mi we have been waiting for another company to come here a long time. And I'm glad WM did they gave us an actual affordable trash service and have finally given the money sucking mongol that was republic waste services a competitor. if anyone is need of a fair priced and good company look into WM. I know I'm glad I did!"

"Absolutely awful service. They deserve 0 stars. Been waiting for 2 small dumpsters to be picked up for 4 weeks now. Tried calling to wait 30+ minutes multiple times. Got ahold of someone once and they said someone would be out the same day. Here we are a week later."

"Wm is easy to set up services but do not follow through with providing the containers that you ask for an they do not follow through with call bk I am unsatisfied with my overall experience with what I set up with what am said they could provide and then they said they couldn't provide for my area with no calls to me an no return calls bk"

"Would not recommend waste management. Currently waiting on trash removal on September 7th that has been missed multiple times, last date of service was Aug 23rd. Call daily and submit tickets requesting service and requests to talk to Supervisor with no return calls. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 6 months minimum."
