"I had a laundry list of maintenance for my bicycle; Kent did what I asked, and a little extra! I don't remember my bicycle ridings as smooth as it does now!"

"the business stole a high-quality phone holder from my bike…this owner is really awful. my tires weren’t holding air-i attempted to leave a vintage bike with them for general maintenance. i called the night i left the bike, the two days following, and sent the business number a text on august 11th. i heard nothing back, and followed up about the status 8/24. i did not hear back until next night at 12:43 AM-that he didn’t recognize the bike, didn’t have a work order for the bike, and had no idea what i was talking about. i explained i did not have a work order, but that i had called and left voicemail… another 2 days pass with no word from the “business owner” and I contact via text again-assuming my bike had gone missing or added to the private collection… then, this person attacks me, saying that i am out of line and UNBELIEVABLE, so i explain again my repeated attempts to talk with this man, and he suddenly says, “you know what, your bike is here, why don’t you take your business elsewhere! it’s where you left it” the bike tires were firm, and the attached bag i have was zipped differently then i left it. my (pretty expensive-designed for motorcycles) phone holder on the bike when i dropped it off, and that was stolen- i assume removed from the bike by whoever dropped it off just before i arrived. this is the worst businessman of all time. he did the work for free, tried to steal a bike, ghosted me, stole equipment, and tells me I live in a glass tower. HA, FOOL! the worst kind of person does business like this. if you can’t communicate with customers go out of business now instead of waiting for it to happen naturally, cuck. Go to Ace if you’d like your bike and belongings to stay safe!!!"

"I brought in a moped with some issues, and Kent walked me through how to troubleshoot any of the potential problems that the scooter might be having. He showed me great visuals and explained everything extremely clearly, so if I wanted to repair it myself, I could. I still let him have at it, though, because I've been experiencing an extremely painful toothache, plus the prices to repair a carburetor are a heck of a lot cheaper than I would've expected. I just dropped it off today, but quite honestly, if it takes longer than Kent initially estimated, I won't be upset because of how kind everyone was at that shop. They're some of the nicest, most knowledgeable people you'll ever have the privilege of meeting, and I'd highly recommend stopping by. Ten out of ten would highly recommend! :)"
