Their staff was professional and responsive and within two hours of contacting them they had picked up my order from the florist and delivered it to my loved one. "I needed an implantable medical device picked from Royal Oak, MI and delivered to Indianapolis, IN on short notice for an emergent, same day surgery. Xavier rose to the occasion and was able pick up the device on short notice and transport that device to Indianapolis without a hitch and in time to save a person's life. He was very communicative throughout the entire transport to let the receiving hospital staff know his whereabouts and ETA for the delivery.
