"The bus crew that picks up my disabled daughter in the morning route 4608 are unfriendly old cranky people. I called to complain about the rude bus attendant Fre. Smith. He doesn't even try to speak or have any kind of interaction with parents of disabled children. I asked the supervisor, Jesse hall,, to please change the attendant. They refuse. I said good morning to the older female bus driver. She looked at me and won't speak. These people are cranky, and old. I tried to explain to supervisor the importance of communication because my child is non verbal. I alerted the school about them. I will sue if anything bad happens to my child"

"Their service for the Detroit Prep North end is abysmal. Four out of five mornings they are late, they don't communicate with the school, they don't apologize for their lateness, and parents are left holding the bag trying to figure out if they should take the kids to school themselves. If they were proactive in messaging, which should be possible since they are dispatching, it'd be a heck of a whole lot easier to forgive them. But it's terrible service, and it should be rewarded with terrible reviews."
