"No option to pay with card, no customer service, prerecorded message not very helpful, they canceled ride within 60 seconds of arrival. No way to communicate with driver in app to let them know what you are wearing and where you're standing. Waste of time"

"Driver picked me up outside of St. Andrew's Hall last night. I told him I was staying in Windsor (Canada) and he said that was fine, he has a passport. He told me it was cash only. I said fine. Keep in mind that there was ZERO traffic, so the entire trip took about 12 minutes. $95 is what he charged me for a four mile cab ride with no traffic and a very quick border crossing, AND I paid the toll for the tunnel. He said, "It's a company fare. You can call and ask them." Funny, though, because he never turned on the meter! Hey, Checker, if you have a guy who moved here from Bangladesh 40 years ago, he's stealing from you and ripping people off in your cab. And if $95 is your company rate, I'm sticking with Uber from now on. It was $20 American for the trip over with them (including a $5 tip), and $95 for you (that was before any tip) on the way back. Yes, I should have asked how much before we left, but overcharging a little wouldn't have earned this review."

"I have been a taxi user most of my life and can certainly see why lyft is so popular..I called for a taxi and 45 mins later was still waiting and the operator was very rude and abrupt with me when I asked the status of my ride request. If there was a way to leave no stars I would."

"Called inquiring if they offer a particular Service. Transferred me around a handful of rude phone operators, made me wait a long time, then hit me with "we are experiencing technical difficulties" and hung up on me. Would you trust these people to drive you?"
