"Its a shame that the service that this company wants to offer to the residents of DETROIT are lacking. This is NO reflection of Driver/Delivery Drivers. The problem lays with the computer system and the fact the computer system is not allowing the drivers to even try to make a sale with what they have on their trucks. The fact that many users of their products would still buy something from the trucks regardless if they had what was previously order or brought via online. The consumer should not have to wait a full week for a order because what was order was not available. KROGER/ WALMART/ INSTA CART all give a substitute for the items that were not present during the purchase. The customers of the service at SCHWAN"S understands the delivery schedule and the routes the drivers must take. But the Company is not giving us consumers the option to even buy their products if we have not ORDER online. Detroit Consumer/ 48223/ 48235/ 48227/"

"If you mailed a menu of what you carry and stuck to a regular schedule, there'd be no need for an entire building to be harassed by unnecessary announcements! If the grocery stores can give better customer service so can Schwan!"

"Pushy sales guy banged on my door four different occasions after being told not to come between the hours of 2pm and 4pm because he would wake my sleeping baby. Called costumer service who were unconcerned and did nothing for me to reconcile the problem."

"Just didn't show up for delivery. No call, no heads up, just someone saying they stop delivering at 10. I know personal reasons don't make a big difference but I was trying to get my grandfather's favorite dessert delivered for his funeral. Would have been really nice."
