Sanitary Cleaners

"Thoroughly disappointed. For the last 2 years, I have brought my Santa suit to the State Street location to be cleaned. Always before, they were prompt, professional, and more than reasonably priced. This time, however, they were anything but. I dropped the suit off on Wednesday and asked when I could expect to pick it up. Lady said they would like an extra day to ensure they cleaned it carefully, so it wouldn't be ready until that Friday after 4pm. I arrive Saturday at 9am, but they don't have a record of it being there, the person there had to be told what I was after 3 times and still had trouble locating a Santa suit, then got angry when I got upset. When she called the manager, she claims I was told the suit would not be ready until the following week, and that she didn't think it was a big deal as I probably didn't need it right away anyway. The employee refused to let me speak to management or the owner, finally gave me my suit (uncleaned and without the wooden hanger I brought it in with), and copped an attitude the whole time. I will not be returning for any reason."

"Better ask price before you leave your items 4 pants and 6 shirts 60.61 i had same clothes cleaned at the location in Benton harbor ( before they sold to Arby's) for 1/4 the price.but i didnt ask price before i left clothes so i paid...wont be back there again.cheaper to buy new clothes needless to say im not happy with this company. but dont know if i can find another cleaners in the area. Couldnt give lower score or i would have...anyone know of a reputable place?"
