"Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Going into this place I had high hopes but understood that it wasn’t going to be top of the line. After living here for 3 weeks, I had enough. The unit was filthy when I got it. There was still water in the dish washer. The dryer and stove did not work properly. The furnace went out five times in those three weeks and I did not have heat for the last week I was there. Don’t expect maintenance to be done in a timely manner and don’t expect any problems to actually get resolved. They do $5 fixes here because the landlord is cheap and doesn’t want to pay for quality living for his tenants (according to the maintenance man). There are also ROACHES and BEDBUGS. When I told the maintenance man about the bed bugs (the landlord will always direct you to tell problems to the maintenance man because he doesn’t want to deal with it) he tried to argue with me and didn’t believe me. I had well over 20 bites on me within 48 hours but he refused to even consider bed bugs. It wasn’t until I actually found and captured one that he finally did something about it. He tried to make me feel like I was crazy! I felt taken advantage of and had no idea of the slum I was getting into. Since this is how the first three weeks went, I didn’t not want to stick around for another 11 months. Thankfully the landlord was decent enough to give me back all the money I had paid him. I assume he was annoyed with me and just wanted me gone. Please please do yourself a favor and NEVER move here."

"The townhouse was great . He did give us an honest chance when we needed it which we appreciated. Our neighbors Steve and Dave were great . We wanted to renew and make this place our address for atleast another year. We were not renewed never given a reason. We always paid our rent on time . Always followed the rules . Not sure the problem . As a women dealing with this landlord was difficult he treated me like a second class citizen. I do not wish him ill will I hope he never gets treated the way he makes people feel."

"This is a group of townhouses owned by different landlords. Very quiet, nice grounds. First place I've lived were I get along with all my neighbors. Landlord is very prompt on getting things fixed."
