"Liars and ableist!! Would give zero stars. I spent months working with the leasing team to get an apartment. They approved me then, once I drove from MN to MI they ‘took back’ my approval because of an ESA (which is illegal and I made them aware of my ESA) She never gave me issues about the ESA until I got to MI. I didn’t have anywhere to live and they refused to give me back my deposit so I was homeless and out $400. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Absolutely disgusted by the ABLEIST and rude staffing."

"Staff is awesome, extremely helpful, the apt my son and we love the apt. However the walls in some places was not sanded down which caused a bubble effect , I think it is mostly our fault for being in a hurry to get in because of our house being sold and we ran out of time. But everything is perfect. But i do wish they had a elevator Sincerely GARY G & JOHN REYNOLDS"

"I’ve rented at multiple different apartments, and this place is the only one I’ve ever written a review for. The reason I’m doing so is because how they treat their tenants is borderline criminal, and as a member of society, I feel a responsibility to warn others about it. They lie. They twist words. They do not care about anything besides getting your money. AVOID THIS PLACE."

"Do no rent from them. They will find every way possible to milk extra charges out of you throughout the lease term. You won't see a dime of your security deposit after the lease and they will more than likely charge you for alleged "damages/repairs". They were asked to supply us with blinds in the living room numerous times and fix the railing on the stairs, which never happened."

"The apartment itself is nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. It's nice to have an in unit washer and dryer and central A.C., and the size of the one bedroom is bigger than most in the area, and you get vaulted ceilings if you're on the third floor. However, the cost of rent has severely increased, the one wifi you can chose from is slow and overpriced, and the noise from the freeway can get loud. Maintenance usually responds quickly l, but sometimes doesn't fix the problem."
