"I've lived in Lowell for almost five years now and I love visiting the post office. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and the office itself is always clean and well stocked. It can get busy during peak hours (lunchtime and near the end of the day) but the staff is constant in their demeanor and promptness. Often the Postmaster jumps into a customer service window when it's busy and I have spoken to him on the phone about lost packages and they always do everything they can to help."
