"I just want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO. Property Manager Tracey Williams and her amazing staff. The maintenance is amazing and I want them to know that the year I have been here is wonderful so I’m going to sign another lease. Anytime that I had a situation they would take care of it right away. I truly love living here and it’s close to everything that you need. So if your looking for greater place to live and wonderful staff that cares plz come and check them out. Thanks God bless"

"Great apartment complex! I have lived here 5 years. I have had a few minor things that were fixed promptly. I loved the peacefulness here that you wouldn't get at another complex. You should definitely come see Tracy and Marley for your future apartment!"

"This place is a scam! I rented an apartment three years ago the first winter my heating broke when maintenance came in to fix it they dropped the panel in my bathtub and split it open promised to fix it they never did and our heat wasn’t even fixed till spring for the next summer and a half I didn’t have air conditioning and I complained about it several times and she kept saying I thought maintenance fixed it Tracy is probably the most disgusting manager that has ever been managed I have recordings of her telling me when I asked him to fix things that she needed to know when my lease was up when my dishwasher flooded they brought me an ““ new dishwasher that was filthy and full of bugs she is a horrible person honestly this Tracy lady needs to go these apartments are not even worth what they charge they have all these amenities but all the amenities are broke the pool supposed to open up on memorial day it doesn’t open up till a month later. Also, they raise the rent every year. Management gets a bonus every time someone signs a lease so if you don’t, Tracy pushes you out. I started at 850 I’m now paying 1115 because she says that’s what my apt is worth she’s money hungry and not here for the tenants, just those bonuses. the view on my balcony is now straight into this new homes living room….."

"I would NOT recommend living in these apartments. We have lived here for 4 years because we can’t get out of here. They raise the rent every year. We are almost paying $1000 dollars a month and the amount of money to break the lease is ridiculous. The pool is never open and when it is, it is only open for a week and then they close it a month early. Maintenance don’t do anything, although most of the guys are nice, they don’t fix anything in our apartment. Our toilet have been broken for almost three years and they have not fixed it."

"Since moving here there has been absolutely no communication between the office and among maintenance. Maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing when they come into the apartments. If you tell the office what’s wrong, they don’t communicate to the maintenance team exactly what to do. I’ve made multiple lists of things that are not right in my apartment and they just get ignored. I still don’t have a vent to cover the blade of the fan in my hood range above my stove. I had to ask three separate times for a sink stopper in one of my bathrooms. When we moved in there was damage done to one of our bathroom vanities, and when i brought that to their attention, all they said was that we won’t get charged for it. However, if I’m paying almost 900 dollars a month for an apartment, I don’t want it to feel run down or look it either. It’s just not fair. They told us the carpet was new even though there is a burn mark in the guest bedroom. I’ve complained multiple times about a giant dog (there’s three in this apartment, and they all bark a lot) barking non stop all day and nothing gets done about it. I have a dog myself, I get the barking. But that specific dog doesn’t even live here it just gets dropped off here to bark and annoy those that work late and need to sleep. To me, the worst part about living here is the lack of concern these people have for those of us paying a lot of money to live here. We received an almost 300 dollar electricity bill rung the coldest month so far this winter when I keep my apartment pretty cool to start with. I told them about the main doors seal, how a lot of cold air comes in and you can literally see light from outside. I can barely get comfortable in my living room without freezing. Maintenance came over for that while I was at work, and asked my fiancé what to do or what was wrong because they weren’t clear with what the problem is. When I got home, my door no longer latched and we were forced to fix the door ourselves. My bathroom door literally fell off the hinges and when I created the work order they didn’t fix it. I ended up fixing that myself as well. Thank god I have a background in maintenance. Our neighbors above us do not take their dog out on a leash, and wait until night time to let their dog outside (because they refuse to leash it let alone pick up its fences.) it whines all day to be let out because of that. Another huge problem is that NO ONE picks up their dogs waste. It’s absolutely repulsive and wrong and we just feel like no one is here to listen to us or our concerns and that no one in this complex gives a single care about us at all. I’m beyond annoyed with how things are run and it’s just not fair at all."
